
Laurence is a business strategy, marketing and change management expert who has held senior international responsibilities and led successful transforming growth initiatives with blue-chip corporations, consulting firms and venture capital based operations. He has consulted extensively throughout Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Before establishing Chase Noble, he worked at Ogilvy and Mather, BDO Stoy Hayward, Prime Strategy Consultants, AXA and Envest Venture. He founded Chase Noble in 2003.
Laurence is a graduate of Cambridge University (English Literature), and Warwick Business School (Master of Business Administration).


Chrissie has worked in Market Research for 18 years, and been Co-Owner of C&J Fieldwork Partnership LLP since 2014. C&J are members of all the leading market research organisations including the MRS, BIG, ICG and ICO, and use the latest software (eg the Nebu CATI system) to undertake quantitative and qualitative research including telephone based and online surveys, offering client log-in facilities where required.
She has led a large number of qualitative and quantitative research projects in sectors such as medical, pharmaceutical, electronics, finance, business services and law.
Chrissie was previously employed in the electronics industry for more than 10 years where she specialised in sales, marketing and electronic design for the MOD and private sector defence organisations. She is also a BS 9000 Internal Quality Auditor, and earlier in her career spent 8 years in nursing, specialising in orthopaedics and accident & emergency in NHS hospitals.


Theresa is an internationally-experienced executive who has operated at a senior level in the consumer electronics sector. She has an extensive background in exhibitions and conferences, and for many years was responsible for all aspects of the annual London video games awards event. Theresa has conducted board-level research assignments, qualitative and quantitative, for many of the firm's major clients. She is also the founder and owner of Luella Linen, the UK's premier high quality bedroom linen provider.


Steve has over 20 years experience in retail financial services covering banking, insurance, investment management and wealth management. At AXA UK, he held senior roles in Distribution, Operational Efficiency and as Group Strategy Manager responsible for the UK planning cycle and strategy direction across 4 business units. At Lloyds TSB Steve had accountability for investment and ISA sales across the network and latterly built on this experience at CAF Bank where he had responsibility for the P&L as part of the Executive Committee team. At Close Brothers he designed and implemented the RDR advisory proposition. Latterly he has advised the Board of a FTSE 200 Investment Manager in developing their 5 year strategy and future ambition.
